2. Subscription & Payments
   • The subscription fee of £20 per month is billed in advance each month.
   • Payments must be made on time to ensure uninterrupted service.
   • We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.
   • If payment fails or is not made, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your website.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
   • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone.
   • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
   • Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Website Ownership & Domain
   • The website design and structure are owned by RetraWeb.
   • If you wish to transfer the domain to another provider, a transfer request must be submitted in writing.
   • Custom content, such as images and text you provide, remain your property.
5. Website Updates & Maintenance
   • We offer unlimited updates to your website upon request.
   • Updates will typically be completed within 3-5 working days.
   • We ensure website security, uptime, and maintenance, but we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
6. User Responsibilities
   • You must provide accurate and lawful business information for your website.
   • You are responsible for ensuring that your content (such as images and text) does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • RetraWeb is not liable for any business losses, including but not limited to lost profits, data breaches, or website downtime caused by unforeseen technical issues.
   • We do not guarantee specific website rankings on search engines.
